Very Good

We loved the pools, the bar with entertainment (Richard Edwards) and stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The food was good with a wide variety of options. However, the orange juice dispensers weren’t great — it was more like water coming out. The staff were amazing and very friendly, especially the receptionist who checked us in.

On the downside, the indoor pool could be better managed. There was a group making a lot of noise and jumping into the pool, splasing water, which made it hard to relax, and the pool attendant didn’t step in. The towels provided, both in the bathroom and for the pool, were quite small. Although we were three adults staying in the room, only one bathrobe was provided. While we could have asked, it would have been better if the room had been prepared accordingly from the start. Service at Ombre during lunch was also quite slow. That said, overall the experience was very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice choice for a family with kids!

Location is good, and parking is available directly at the hotel. Food is okay, I could find things I like every time.

The restaurant is crowded and loud, because the hotel is quite big, though silent hours for breakfast are available.

A pleasant holiday on the cost of Bugibba

Location, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, nearby parking, staff at the reception and cleaning staff, etc.

Our “sea View” from the room 6101 was limited, especially for my kids (4 an 8 years), by a large and 160cm high concrete fence, instead of transparent glass fence like in other hotel rooms with the sea view. We as a family decided not to make a problem about it or request a room change (despite it bothered me personally the most as I wanted to make our stay as comfort as possible).

Very good choice, but few improvements needed

-very friendly and helpful staff at indoor pool, breakfast, cleaning ladies -heated indoor pool -private sea beach -convenient car parking -great meals with variety and tasty

-indoor pool closed at 7pm already so very overcrowded -sea beach closed till 9am and after 6pm -no playground for kids (kids club just small room and open for 4 hrs and even not everyday) -very loud during meals -very week internet in the room and almost no outside at pools

Almost perfect for a 4 star

Very nice and polite staff, spacious room with sea view. The bathroom is also excellent. The breakfast is a bit monotonous after several days and if you don't have food allergies it is adequate. The indoor pool is ok although it is quite chlorinated (as is the tap water in Malta), the outdoor one is not heated so it is quite cold outside the summer season. They could give you more information about the facilities at the hotel when you check in. Overall, we had a good time.

Almost everything at breakfast contains milk, so there aren’t many options for those who are lactose intolerant. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable.

great location, great value for money.

The location was excellent.There was a Starbucks right outside which I personally loved.The rooms were consistently cleaned early.

There was no iron in the room. there was a room made available with two irons(for the whole hotel). One of the Irons didn't have an adaptor,so wasn't usable. I wouldn't mind but I emailed to check and was told I could request one to my room, when I got there it was not possible. I would have Ironed beforehand if I knew. Rant over.

We loved this spacious hotel. Our room was very comfortable indeed. The food was presented well. It was varied and very tasty. We were looked after well on level 5.

Very large hotel, with excellent facilities

The pools and bars were great. Extra towels for the pool were available at no cost. The breakfast was very good but very busy. The extra tables in the Delos bar were a blessing and made breakfast very pleasant.

The bar in the reception area was good but very loud, especially when the music entertainment was playing which wasn't so good.

It was great holidays at overall. Thank you team of the hotel.

Location is great, especially for the family holidays. Room was enough big and comfortable. Food was enough plenty, though since hotel is located in island should be having more seafood in the offer. Great sea beach.

Having the room over the main entrance it was quite noisy during the nights (bar on the ground floor) and in the mornings (guests arrival/departures). Administration should definitely think about an extra acoustic facilities in these rooms. The room were cleaned mainly in the center but the corners in the bathroom, for example, remained untouched. Pity that having all inclusive service there were not able to have any not sweet snacks between lunch and dinner (it is important when you are with the kids). Entertainment ideas for the evenings must be reviewed - it was not really interesting.
